One address, checked on weekday evenings. It goes to the person who runs the bench, so replies about hardware are useful and replies about anything else are slow.

Every review here contains a table of what a game lets you rebind and what it locks. Those tables are compiled by opening every options menu and trying every entry, and games patch their options menus constantly. If a table says a game refuses to rebind its dodge and a later version allows it, that is worth an email and the table gets fixed with a dated note underneath.
Include the game version or patch date if you have it. A binding that exists in one build and not another is not an error in the review, it is a change in the game, and the two need to be distinguished in the correction rather than merged.
The bench covers four input devices, which is four more than most reviews and far fewer than exist. Reports from readers using single-handed controllers, foot switches, eye tracking, adaptive kits or arcade sticks are the main reason the switch box survey covers as much ground as it does, and further reports are actively wanted.
What makes such a report usable: the device, the game, the specific action that could not be performed or remapped, and whether any workaround existed. What makes it unusable is a general impression that a game felt awkward, because that cannot be checked or reproduced by anyone.
If a game's control layer excludes you in a way the review missed, that is a failure of the review and not a matter of opinion. Those messages are answered first and, where the finding is confirmed on the bench, the review is amended rather than annotated — a table that omits an exclusion is simply wrong.
Review-copy offers, because the protocol requires retail purchases and cannot be waived for a free key. Peripheral manufacturers offering hardware for testing, for the same reason: the bench buys what it tests so it can say what it likes about it. Sponsored posts, affiliate links and search-optimisation pitches are deleted unread after the first line.
Corrections and accessibility reports: within a few days. Hardware reports: within a fortnight, sometimes longer if the device needs to be bought before anything can be confirmed. General letters: read always, answered sometimes.
Kept only until the exchange finishes, then deleted with the thread. Never added to a list, never shared, never joined to anything you read on this site — which would be impossible in any case, since no page here loads a tracker of any kind. The privacy page sets out how to verify that in a browser rather than take it on trust.
